From a sonic standpoint, your mix will have big impact from wherever your fans are listening – from clubs to laptop speakers. I encourage my out-of-state clients to stay as involved in the mixing process as desired via phone, e-mail, or Skype. Clients located in the Miami & L.A area can be involved in person overseeing their projects.
LET'S GET YOUR SONG MIXED TODAY
First there are a few easy steps to get your session or files over to us. For Pro Tools users, after you are done with all recording and ready to get your song mixed, go to FILE then click SAVE COPY IN, as in the image below.↓

After you click save copy in, a pop up window will appear like the one below. Make sure the session format is LATEST | audio file type is left at BWF (.WAV) | sample rate 48 kHz or 44.1 kHz | Bit Depth 24bit | Fader Gain +12db. Only select All Audio Files In the items to copy section as shown in the example below ↓
Press OK, and name your session (SONG NAME_MIX1) and choose to save it on your desktop. After you find it on your desktop. Compress/zip your file and now you are ready to send your session off for that Major Label MIX!
If you are not using Pro Tools bounce each audio track individually from the exact start to end with a sample rate of 48 kHz or 44.1 kHz | Bit Depth 24bit. Make sure all tracks is the same length for best quality and synchronization reasons. Take off all unnecessary effects as in delays reverbs and anything else you want the mix engineer to achieve for you. Put all files in one folder and compress/zip it.
Payment
There is a 50% deposit required for us to start work on any tracks and the remaining balance will be due to receive your completed work. Turn around time varies but for entire albums expect at least a 3 week wait. Single tracks only are usually completed within 1 business days (not including the weekend). Remember that mixing times vary depending on the needs of the track and the total studio workload and all turnaround times are estimates. You will be notified of any extended delays in advance of any work being undertaken. All payments will be done via Paypal. Contact me for further details.
